For the best performance, make sure to use a minimum of one cup (8 oz/250 ml) of liquid per recipe. If your mixture isn't blending properly, add more liquid. To add food or liquid while the blender is running, simply open the hinged pouring cap and pour ingredients through the opening. If blending stops during the process or ingredients stick to the sides of the jar, there may not be enough liquid for efficient blending.
